Would a paid or permanent member be able to create a syndicated feed of the new Atomic Razor site?  I haven't renewed my full membership and I'm not sure I am going to at this point.

The RSS is here at: http://www.atomicrazor.com/journal/rss.xml

In other news, I seem to have fixed the DNS issues, so, finally, Atomic Razor is living, where it should be, at www.atomicrazor.com.  It'll take a few weeks to recreate all the link lists and so forth, but there's some excellent stuff there including one of my earlier short stories.

Ok, so we've been seeing the Personal Trainer, aka Silent Evil as M calls her, since the end of Jan.  I've missed 3 weeks of training due to business travel but we've generally gone twice a week and I've done 1-2 other work outs as well.

So far.

Weight: coming down again.  After crawling up after we started, it's started coming down again, with one of my first milestones now 0.4kgs away.  That's an overall loss of about 3kgs in the last 8 weeks.

Waist: This is the big one.  I have 2 pairs of chino's I've not been able to wear for about 4 years, far to tight on the legs and impossible to do up.  Today: both pairs fit perfectly.  So that's a complete drop in trouser size in the 8 weeks we've been using the trainer.

I still feel like I'm going to die during every session, but she's ramping up the intensity dramatically each week and working really hard on flexibility.  One result.  I've noticed I don't make a noise when I bend down any more.  :)

Not content with going bankrupt, the, frankly, bizzare Overdraft systems in this country should be made illegal.

We've moved to twice monthly payments from every 2 weeks, and it's providing tricky to re-schedule payments like credit cards etc...  I just paid off my credit cards only the clearance payments hit the account the day before pay day.  Result.  $68 in charges and a rejected payment which will cost me another $35.

Response from bank.  Even though the credit was made the made the next day, they still rejected the payments and charged me for it.  As these things go, I've had worse, but the idea that "Overdraft Protection" means that we'll make the payments and charge you $34 a pop is insulting.

Not to mention, that's $34 for an automated system which the phone bankers tell me determines everything...

No wonder the  banks are so ill thought of here.

If a few days had passed I'd be less annoyed.  But to have the fees assessed on the same day as I'm back in credit is really annoying.

EDIT: They've refunded two of the three charges and accepted there wasn't a lot I could do to avoid it rather than keeping higher balances in my account.  Yeah, 'cos that makes sense given the interest rates you charge.
