That was odd.... sleep...
Feb. 10th, 2012 10:10 amI am a good sleeper. I fall asleep quite quickly and wake up 8ish hours later. Weirdly, since I started exercising more my sleep patterns have been a little weird. I'm tired earlier, fall asleep as per usual, but wake up feeling fine, much earlier. In the case of last night, it was 4:30am... I did get back to sleep after about 30 minutes and slept to after 7am... it's interesting to be getting fitter but having at least one negative effect.
