1. Venison - and Reindeer, various places.
2. Nettle tea - I'm not a huge tea fan unless it's builders tea.
3. Huevos rancheros - Often for breakfast.
4. Steak tartare - Lots of opportunities but frankly I like rare steak but not quite that rare.
5. Crocodile - In a game park in South Africa.
6. Black pudding - and white pudding, what is breakfast without it...
7. Cheese fondue - various places but never in a restaurant!
8. Carp - Hmmm... no, but I have had Pike.
9. Borscht - Not a major fan of the main ingrediant...
10. Baba ghanoush - Oh yes...
11. Calamari - the stuff in the Greek Islands is the best IMHO!
12. Pho - In San Francscio, but not a huge fan.
13. PB&J sandwich - been there,done that, never feel the urge again...
14. Aloo gobi - Not my favourite side...
15. Hot dog from a street cart - More times than I should!
16. Epoisses - yeap
17. Black truffle - Many times, the most notable was in the mash with the chicken on Concorde, 58,000 feet and Mach 2 above the Atlantic.
18. Fruit wine made from something other than grapes - Many times, even made some...
19. Steamed pork buns - All over the place, the Cathy Lounge at Hong Kong sticks out for some reason.
20. Pistachio ice cream - of course!).
21. Heirloom tomatoes - not a huge fan but I have partaken.
22. Fresh wild berries - Blackerrys and Billberrys are big in the North of England.
23. Foie gras - fresh? Fried? Course? Fine? Whole liver? Yes, I have...
24. Rice and beans - Last time I remember was meeting "the man" at the Dixie BBQ in Redmond...
25. Brawn, or head cheese - even I draw some lines.
26. Raw Scotch Bonnet pepper - I have an amusing story which I will tell if asked.
27. Dulce de leche - Why is this on the list??
28. Oysters - Lots, especially with a nice horse-raddish.
29. Baklava - it was a regular treat for a while!
30. Bagna cauda - need to find this then...
31. Wasabi peas - Various places!
32. Clam chowder in a sourdough bowl - Not something I feel the urge to repeat!
33. Salted lassi - I prefer sweet.
34. Sauerkraut - all sorts of places.
35. Root beer float - Never been a root beer fan.
36. Cognac with a fat cigar - Not done the cigar part, but have done the brandy and cigars and let other people do the cigar...
37. Clotted cream tea - Mmmmmm...
38. Vodka jelly/Jell-O - Often, too often...
39. Gumbo - I have even made some, but I do want to get to New Orleans and try more...
40. Oxtail - with Tongue, something that makes me think of my grandmother.
41. Curried goat - I prefer mutton.
42. Whole insects covered in chocolate - yeah, no...
43. Phaal - In my youth, I don't think I could handle it anymore.
44. Goat's milk - Still not a fan...
45. Malt whisky from a bottle worth $120 or more - Fortunately often.
46. Fugu - in Tokyo with a client - fried and raw, nothing special...
47. Chicken tikka masala - Yup, of course.
48. Eel - Sushi mostly, my grandfather was the big Jellied Fan in the family...
49. Krispy Kreme original glazed doughnut - Yes, but Top Pot are nicer
50. Sea urchin - I'm not a huge fan.
51. Prickly pear - Nope.
52. Umeboshi - Nope!
53. Abalone - Lots of times.
54. Paneer - With Saag, naturally!
55. McDonald's Big Mac Meal - You arrive at an airport at a weird time with a hangover after a red-eye and it's the only thing serving and tell me what you do
56. Spaetzle - Frankfurt with White Asparagus.
57. Dirty gin martini - I prefer Vodka to be honest...
58. Beer above 8% ABV - Often, most notably during a student drinking contest where I had 3 and some pints of Old Tom.

60. Carob chips - Thought it tasted naff myself!
61. S'mores - For teh first time at a friend's BBQ - the flaw was using Hersheys in my opinion!
62. Sweetbreads - Rocky Mountain Oysters at The Fort in Denver.

64. Currywurst - Try it in the converted S-bahn carriage at Berlin Tempelhof airport...
65. Durian - From a street market in Hong Kong...
66. Frogs' Legs - greasy and not my thing.
67. Beignets, churros, elephant ears or funnel cake - the wife swears by funnel cake, I've done churros...
68. Haggis - Mmmmm!
69. Fried plantain - Yup
70. Chitterlings, or andouillette -Andoulitte in Jambalayas
71. Gazpacho - Yes, but not something I seek.
72. Caviar and blini – 35,000 feet detouring the Himalayan Plateau in First Class on a Cathy Pacific A340 (seee what I mean about business travel?)
73. Louche absinthe - in a back street bar in Barcelona.
74. Gjetost, or brunost - Yup, at room parties I think
75. Roadkill - not that I recall...
76. Baijiu - Beijing and Taipai...
77. Hostess Fruit Pie - sadly...
78. Snail - in lots of garlic for preference
79. Lapsang souchong - Oh that smoky tea.
80. Bellini - yeap but not a fan.
81. Tom yum - Ideal for a head cold...
82. Eggs Benedict - Of course.
83. Pocky - Need to look this up!
84. Tasting menu at a three-Michelin-star restaurant - Nope, 2 is the best I've done.
85. Kobe beef - Heh, it's ok....
86. Hare - Rabit often but I don't recall Hare.
87. Goulash - Often make this...
88. Flowers - various, but really didn't get it.
89. Horse - I suspect I have, but I don't think I was meant to be eating it.
90. Criollo chocolate - Yes!
91. Spam - My mum and dad lived in London through WW2 and I went to a Boys Public School what do you think?!
92. Soft shell crab - Various places
93. Rose harissa - Nope, need to look out for this.
94. Catfish - Not actually my favourite fish.
95. Mole poblano - Last had in Mexico cooked by our hosts.
96. Bagel and lox - Of course...
97. Lobster Thermidor - Yes, but I think it's a bit OTT.
98. Polenta - Hard to avoid these days.
99. Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee - Yeap.
