Move '06 Update

Got confirmation from the solicitors that they now have the mortgage confirmed and we're actually on the home straight. They are confirming the lease meets the loan requirements, we still need to confirm the fixtures and fittings in the sale contract, but it's starting to get close.

The final document they sent was the outline invoices which include the amount we will have to find in order to complete the deal. That will be an expensive day!
