House Update!
So, the mortgage should be resolved tomorrow (apparently) - not 100% sure that I trust the broker but he is confident we'll have it agreed by lunch time.
Solicitor has sent me everything I need and now outlined the timeline to me.
They estimate Exchange of Contracts in about 8 weeks - which is in line with moving in Feb as we planned.
On the plus side, it gives me a month or so more than I thought to have all the money sorted, which is nice.
