I'll post sensible collected thoughts later, this is a random bag of odds floating around the beer filled grey jelly of my brain.

Back from Seattle - alas no upgrade, I knew them well... Instead, at check in when we asked... "We're not offering upgrades but you can pay for a Club World ticket at only $500..." Now, $500 is cheap but that is not the point at all. A bunch of the World Trav+ seat entertainment units were buggered and the passengers all got moved into the copious empty seats in Club World. Alas, mine were working fine :(
Corflu was interesting, I will post more on that later - I see I have new friends whom I must have met at Corflu. Hi! Welcome to the LJ.
The Ton was pleasant, good to see all of you people again, I must do it more often.
It was snowing in London this morning and it has taken me an age to drive back to Bath
M has a business trip to Frankfurt next week flying back into Heathrow on Tuesday evening. We leave on holiday on Tuesday evening. This is going to be close.
I have just spent $6000 on a week for me and a few company pals at a trade show in Vegas. That might kill me.
Had lots of good business with the beast last week - now have 2 days in the office to make a lot of it happen
Had a fun discussion with major_clanger about the World Con programme, sounds awfully fun.
Went to get a new memory card for our camera (1GB $75) and ended up with a new Digital CamCorder for the insane price of $299(!) The joys of a screwed up exchange rate.
