We have a parking problem on our street. It's resident's parking only, however, the zone we are in extends quite some distance away from where we are. Consequently other Zone 5 residents tend to use us as a parking space, including a woman who works in the office building opposite.

I got back to the house from collecting the car and found one parking space left. I used it, but left plenty of room for my next dooor neighbour to get their car out. This involved parking about 2 centimetres from the car behind (the aforesaid woman). She suddenly appears on our dooorstep a few minutes later when I've returned to the office demanding that we move our car or she'll call the police.

I did move the car, slightly, but I would *love* for her to call the police...

W: "Somebody has parked very close to my car and I can't get out!"
P: "Err... have they damaged your car?"
W: "No."
P: "Are they allowed to park there?"
W: "Well, they do live there..."
P: "Do you?"
W: "No, I park there next to my office..."
P: "But you are not actually a resident in that street?"
W: "No."
P: "So, you are asking us to do something about a car, legally parked by its owner outside their house because you use their street to park for work?"
W: "Yes."

Ok, so it might not go quite like that, but I do want to find out which of the 3 companies she works for an complain.
