Fresh from the sight of Mitt Romney actually treating his oponents like a field of complete idiots in Las Vegas, I've realised that the whole of the GOP is actually becoming rather Pythonesque, in the sense that we've the GOP, the Tea Party, the traditional GOP, and a bunch of other factions all having conversations like:

GOP: What has Obama ever done for us?
Person: Well, he did get Bin Laden...
GOP: Well, OF COURSE, he got Bin Laden, we didn't say that was wrong, we approve of getting Bin Laden, but what else has he really done?
Person: Well, he toppled Ghaddafy which even Reagan couldn't do...
GOP: Well, yes, he did, not the way we would have approved of, but he did get him.  But he's really weak on terror in general...
Person: Well, he did send forces into an ally without permission to kill Bin Laden, and he's actually killed more of the Al Queda leaders than anybody else could
GOP: Alright, but apart from his management of the war on terror...
Person: He did save the car industry...
GOP: Yes!  But at what cost?
Person: Well, actually nothing, it looks like it made money...
GOP: But he bailed out the banks!
Person: Actually, didn't Bush do that?  Besides haven't stock values doubled since he took over?
GOP: UNEMPLOYMENT!  Think of the Unemployed!
Person: Well, yes, but job growth has been positive since early 2009, before that, I think you could argue he's not to blame for the historic rise in the numbers that took place between October 2008 and March 2009...
GOP: He is a tax and spend socialist
Person: Spending is actually down on the Bush government once you factor out temporary factors and isn't he proposing returning to tax rates under the previous Bush government?
GOP: Well.  Apart from the foreign policy, the industrial policy, taxation and banking - WHAT HAS OBAMA EVER DONE FOR US!

I've jumped back onto the travel roundabout with vengeance it seems.

I've a lot of business starting to happen and a lot of places to be to close it.  This is the next 6 months (that I know of):

October 24-31: London
November 14-17 NYC
December 2-6 Orlando - BUSINESS!  Honestly, business!
January 6-10 Las Vegas - CES and AT&T Developer Summit
February 20-28 - London & Barcelona Mobile World Congress

I'll also need to fit in a couple of Bay Area trips somewhere in there... not sure where.
