My Day

Planned Day:
1) Get up
2) Go to Gym with Mrs O
3) Review proposal and maybe tweak exec summary before sending it out
4) Make 2 customer calls to plan some stuff for January
5) Put up lights
6) Hair cut
7) Play Wii

Day as it is happening
1) Get up
2) Glance at email
3) Turn on PC to respond to email
4) Get 4 simulataneous IMs about different problems
5) Phone rings: Boss - new problem
6) Get to gym for 10 minutes - phone rings again, continuation of problems
7) Put up lights 
8) Have argument about lights
9) Take down lights and put them up in new configuration which matches the needs and interests of the powers that be
10) Fight more fires

Still to do - read proposal and review it, speak to customers.

ARGHH!!!!

Tonight is the South African Meet Up Group Christmas Party at the Bottleneck Lounge - we're bringing cheese and chocolate.  Just add red wine...

That was one hell of a day.

Nearly over.  Time to play some Wii me thinks.

Tomorrow is another day.  Only 2 items left to do.
