General Update

Birthday: Nice day - watched lots of rugby, drank too much Guiness, had a lovely meal with M at Ray's Boathouse.  Went to bed early to be up at 4am to fly to Dallas.

Dallas:  Spent almost 7 hours on the plane getting to Dallas.  Took off on time, circled for an hour while they re-opened the airport.  Waited another hour on the ground for a gate, yadda, yadda...  Dallas is hot and sultry and I appear to have gone down hill in the back department.  My entire mid-back on the right is a moving sheet of muscular agony with options on the neck and mid-back on the left.  Ow, ow, ow...  Osteo on Friday and boy oh boy do I wish I'd brought the muscle relaxants with me.

Next week, San DIego, the week after next, San Diego, the week after that, probably San Diego.  The week after that, Europe.

I've a few days in Malmo and then the weekend and 2-3 days in the UK, covering Bath and Winchester.  Anybody in Winchester fancy a vodka and lo-cal tonic? (I really have to ditch the beer) Probably be Sunday 14th or Monday 15th.

Flying home tomorrow.
