No Worldcon...

My boss and I spent a while discussing travel options and I can't swing an Asia trip in the timeframe of the WorldCon - there's something come up in the US that would need me in San Diego the Friday it starts and the timezones don't work for that kind of travel.  So, it is with a heavy heart I'll have to kick the idea of the WorldCon into touch.

Bum.

Never mind.

I've 2 memberships for sale if people want them and a room booked at the main con hotel which I'll be cancelling shortly.

With the money I'll save I can probably blow some of it on some IT stuff for home so I can watch the world cup in some comfort.
