Drugs are bad mmmkay?

Accidentally went cold turkey on caffine over the last few days. I was ratty and miserable all day yesterday culminating in waking in the wee small hours with a monsterous headache.

Ah, I thought, I haven't had any caffine in 48 hours and this is a caffine withdrawal headache.

As usual I feel a lot better now, and with no long haul flying to do until sometime in Jan I might be able to function and keep off the stuff.

We'll see.
