This could work if the hotel booking is worked out centrally? Part of the
issue is people not wanting to have nowhere to go through the night, post
2AM, perhaps if there were 3 hotels? From B&B to more expensive, with one
as the main option? That might allow cohesion - still, it puts a lot more
work on the committee.
