Harder than usual

This trip is taking far longer than usual to recover from. Probably has something to do with having been through so many time zones so quickly and then home.

It's been just over a week since I got back and I'm still sort of out of it. They day that typically it is a day per time zone to recover, which would make for a 3 week recovery from this trip. I'll wait and see.

I might have to take a day off to just completely relax and try to get my head straight again. I'll think about that.

Sod This...

I've a sore throat, I feel dreadful and I am knackered.

I've a busy week next week, so I'm going to take myself home, drink hot lemon, snuggle under a duvet and watch crap skiffy.

Modern technology (the Internet) and paranoia mean I have established that my symptoms might not just be extreme fatigue but can include a dozen or more life threatening conditions... I suspect I need to have a bit of down time.
