I'm going to be going to Seattle in December - pre-Christmas meetings and the like. I've looked at flights via Heathrow and it's already looking expensive.
However, I have a meeting to arrange in Frankfurt. If I go, or come back VIA Frankfurt - which is a bit of a shag I know, I can fly business class BA for £100 more than the Premium Economy Fare... Ummm... nuts or what?
