Thank Heaven for Guilty Bosses...
Jul. 19th, 2005 04:43 pmSo, after the little travel "issue" yesterday, my boss told me to upgrade my return leg home to World Traveller Plus. Which is nice. Just booking it with a highly confused booking agent.
"Sir, did you fly Club yesterday?"
"No, I turned down the upgrade?"
"Umm? Sorry?"
Anyway, booked in World Traveller Plus for the way home, which is nice. Interestingly, looking at the "earning tier points with partners" part of the BA website (Tier points being BAs evil system for ensuring that no matter how far you fly, if you buy cheap tickets you are screwed) - in theory, if the flights really are full fare flexible tickets I could earn enough points on this trip to get to Gold Status by the time I land in London.
That would be... well... super really.
