House Update....

I decided to put my house on the market and had it valued last week. Offers over £70,000 given the current condition.

I've given notice to the tennents and have had a phone call from a potential cash buyer even before deciding on an estate agent. If I can sell for cash without an estate agent I will be a happy boy.
