Timesheet, Expenses and Commission Day...

I hate this day. On the one side, the Comp claim is fun - well normally - January sucked, but that's holiday periods for you. However, timesheets and expenses are just a necessary evil.

After a month of travelling the expenses claim was stunning - I have never even seen a £500 mobile phone bill...

I rushed the timesheet - its pretty simple, I book all my hours to sales activities, but I only book the core month of 150.

My boss looked at it, "did you take any holiday?" he asked.

"No."

He looked at it again. "It wouldn't matter if you had, shall I write 'ha ha ha' next to the 150 when I sign it?"

"Please."

I hate working long hours. I do everything to avoid doing long hours. But I reckon I probably have done 150 hours in the last 2 weeks.

I need a break.

Cannes next week though. 5 days of telecommunications - UGH...
