Oh no, not again...

I've got another buggering cold. Come on, no fair! I've not had 2 colds in close succession like this since... well, to be frank I can't remember, certainly since I left Preston in 1997 (yup, it is that long ago) - which means 2 things...

1. Working in an office with other people (we're now up to 30 in a fairly cramped space) is bad for you. Sending the missus out to work with other people (where I am sure I caught this bugger from) is also bad for you. So, plenty of medication and tissues for me. And no, I am not going home. I had a couple of days off a month ago when I was too ill to get out of bed - this time the buggers who probably gave it to me can suffer!... ummm... /end rant

2. Next year will be 7 years since my divorce from the SDBFH (She Devil Bitch From Hell) formerly known as Claire. That's a sobering thought too.

In other news: I've just booked Yet Another Flight - off to Redmond for the week before Christmas. After due negotiation I have been allowed to fly without buggering up a whole weekend - even so, I still have leave on a Sunday (which given it is the same day my wife's family leave is making me popular)
