Another holiday day spent working...

Ho hum... still the client meeting was interesting. If only I could tell you what wireless mobile application we've been asked to bid for. All I can say is the people doing the testing the final version are going to be marginally less popular than anybody fool enough to use this when I'm around...

The Quiz is pretty much done. Still have my doubts about doing a quiz at 10pm on Friday night - I suspect the quizmaster may well be, as they say, "tired and emotional" - never mind. I found some amazing stuff in a book I'd completely forgotten about.

I also need to prepare a couple of other panels I agreed to be on.

"Lost Gems of SF" - hmmm... I guess that Star Smashers of the Galaxy Rangers" won't count.

Anyways, see most of you tomorrow. To prepare myself physically and mentally I'm off out for a French meal with a bunch of French Speaking French, a South African who lives in France and another French speaking South African.

Oh, the things I put myself through for food.
