BBQ Season

I think tomorrow night I will start the BBQ season. Perhaps a little early, but they are forecasting double digit termperatures here and clear skies, so I can risk it. I may even buy the first of the years Margaherita(?) mix. I have a bottle Tequilla put aside in preparation.
