Still, as head of the executive, there's a lot he could doing the way of layoffs, hiring freezes, and gutting of resources and regulations (why enforce all those pesky polluting and workplace safety rules & cetera). it wouldn't get him reelected, but it would make his pals and other /s/u/p/p/o/r/t/e/r/s/ investors* enough billions that none of them would care.
