Voyager... Revisited

daveonWhile I've been sick I've tried to do work, but mostly I've been stuck with lying on the sofa under a duvet feeling sorry for myself.
I've been watching some of Voyager on Netflix. Goodness me some of the story lines were pants, really pants. I'm watching the "37ers" or something at the moment. So far...
- we've had them following a trail of rust in space and wondering how Feros Oxide got into space... er... really? You have an issue with that?
- Finding a Ford Truck adrift and STARTING IT? Let's not think about what a vacuum does to moving parts, or what would actually happen in that environment to the oil, and don't get me started on the battery still having juice.
- Then following an AM signal across light years...
Yes, an AM signal, Picked up on a Ford Pick Up car radio from 1937...
I may have to lie down.
