daveon.... when the Fox News anchor starts using the "you didn't seriously just try to defend McCain/Palin did you?" look on their more traditional pundits.
Whether or not this week marks a sea change in the campaign is still anybody's guess. What I will say is that the news stations, even Fox, have shifted into pack mode where it comes to making fun of McCain and Palin at the moment.
Naturally Fox to a lesser extent, but I can't help wondering if there is another shoe to drop from the RNC if this keeps up.
Question: Is there any precedent for a VP candidate to walk away and open it up for another one?
