So, generally a busy weekend. Got some spring cleaning done, threw out some stuff. Replaced a piece of household electronics thanks to the 'open' table at Best Buy where a significant home upgrade was a fraction of the price it would have been and I had an impulse buy.
Enjoyed the sun by taking a long walk in it with the dogs, taking in a couple of open houses. One was in the price range we laughably think of as one we could afford, the other was not just out of our current price range, but also, frankly, stupidly priced. Just as a note to people selling houses, if you put your house on for $1.5M in an area where the top end houses tend to be $1.1 and it's obvious that you just did it up don't cut corners, and don't leave people thinking that they'd need to spend another three hundred thousand to fix all the corners you cut.
