Fuck you cancer...

Just heard that the father of a close friend, who's also a friend just died.  He'd been feeling a little nauseous for a week or so back in October and went for a check up, only to find a fist sized mass in his liver.  He made it through Christmas but died an hour or so ago.  He was a lovely person, and I'll genuinely miss him.

Our next door neighbour's wife is in hospital with cancer.

Jay Lake has cancer.
