(no subject)

 I have mostly packed...  I think.  Probably over packed, but there's a lot to fit in.

I'm meeting with my CTO in a few for a hand over and then heading over to pick up the roadtrip car from Hertz.  Then it's lunch with the wife and back home to load the car and set off.

Given my view of iPhones...

 I talked M out of getting an Android device to replace her elderly 3GS - why?

Well, it's a bad phone, of that there is no question.  And iTunes is a sticking pile of manure and that's a fact.

However, Android still just isn't baked enough and given her specific needs for the phone - it MUST handle Tweetdeck, Words with Friends and the Calorie tracking app we both use, I don't want to go through the learning curve with her on another phone.
