Google Apps v. Microsoft Live 365

Any thoughts? Preferences?  Suggestions...

I'm balking slightly at the set up as I'm personally nervous about hacking the DNS around to do the redirect and then migrating our email from our current IMAP hoster.

Apparently the email server went down this evening... which is probably nature telling me that 10:30pm is time to stop working...
