Passing through...
Feb. 13th, 2010 02:21 am So I'm back in London, grabbing a mug of tea and a bacon sarnie before heading to Paddington for my fairly circuitous route to Barcelona and Mobile World Congress.
Its been a pretty amazing run up to the big show and we're behind on virtually everything - which will make this weekend busy :)
Our demo is pretty much finished and has been getting rave reviews from the customer and everybody I've shown it to. Spending the money on the graphic design company was really important and it's paid off. The apps look all the better for it.
We had 2 meetings in town yesterday, one with _LARGE_NEWS_CORP_ whom are very interested but I'll admit to having a concern about working with. Still, beggars can't be choosers and I can't pick customers because I believe their CEO is evil incarnate. The second was with _MEGA_LARGE_CARRIER_ which also went well but I'm not sure they'll pick up the tab for something I want them to.
I've almost finished an upgrade to our website which looks much better now and has better copy on it, and we're going lo launch an app on Sunday for the event - it was meant to be yesterday but bugs in the demo took 1st place.
Anyway, time to struggle onto the tube with my suitcase and catch the train.
