Here's a blog entry from British writer and fan Stephen Gallagher on the current situation with the US writer's strike. It's an interesting piece, not least his comment that the WGGB resolved the issues over online rights.
The core issue for me is that the claims by stuidos in the US that it's too early to place a dollar value on content is patently bollocks, as so clearly outlined in this YouTube clip from the writers of The Daily Show.
