How to Lose Friends and Piss Off People

Dear Head of "Corporate Communications",

When sending out an email about 3GSM (Feb 2008 in Barcelona) do not attach a FUCKING STAND ROTATION which includes me!

(a) It's 3 months away, at the last 3 3GSM events I had wall to wall meetings pretty much everyday, not to mention the probability of anybody walking up to the stand with a real business requirement is so low as to be zero - HINT: the key sales managers will be in meetings with our key customers throughout the event bringing in business for the rest of the year!

(b) Our customers, you know the ones who pay us money, won't be interested in your stand rotation - if they want to have a meeting at 10am on the Thursday, they damn well will have a meeting at 10am on the Thursday.

Oh, and finally, don't get huffy because I can't arrange my flight timetable to fit in with your meal arrangements - I'm flying nearly 6000 miles to be there.
