Tried out the Quiz night at a local Pizza place (yes, it was odd) - came about 3rd, which for a new team at a new quiz is pretty much par for the course. Not sure if we'll make this a regular thing, the atmosphere wasn't right for a quiz. Might try one of the pubs instead. Although, it must be said that the Pizza was good, even if the beer wasn't.
Came home reasonably early (the whole thing was finished by 9.30) and made the mistake of offering Derek (visiting friend) a glass of Port. Well, that was the end of that bottle.
Watched The Daily Show and then snuffled my way to bed, slept dreadfully and then had a lie in this morning to actually get some sleep. Currently feel like my nose is made of raw meat.
