Lacking in Motivation

I have some complicated work to do and my brain is rebelling.  I had a long walk at lunchtime to try and clear my head but it doesn't seem to have worked...

*sigh*

Let's take another run at it.

What I am going to have to do is get a kettle for the office so I can make myself tea.
