Lease Question...

Our lease says NO LIBRARIES...  what constitutes a Library?

I'm going to leave about 1000 paperbacks in the UK, but I've upwards of 600 other books I'll be shipping.  Is that a library?  Or does it only count if the shelves are ordered in the dewy decimal system?
