Landed at 6.30am - home before 8am, on the phone by 8.30. Tired but at least not jet lagged. Had a couple of really mega-bad BA experiences, a theme developing here with them. It is perfectly acceptable as a business to segment on product (i.e. Business Class is a product), it is not, however, acceptable to also segment on service. My wife and I both fly a lot at the moment and have spent roughly 50/50 in Business and Economy+, it's not acceptable for a flight crew to treat people one side of the curtain as human and the other side as steerage, especially given how much you pay for World Traveller Plus.
Anyway, back home, and to fight another dozen fires in the mega-project without end.
