Elbow Update

Still sore. Not as sore, which is good 'cos I'm almost out of anti-inflamatories. But it's not great.

Have to go to Reading a few times this week and I'm looking at spending the next week or two out of the UK. Updates later.

Paris at the weekend so that M can go and see good old Madge and I can eat some French food and drink some french wine.

Travel

Just planning September.

I'm leaning towards routing via JFK, arriving the Labor Day weekend, flying on to Seattle afterwards, spending the next weekend in Seattle and then heading back to NYC to spend a few days with M, post project, before we head back to London.

I'm then back out to Seattle about a week later for an executive review meeting.

I'll probably then do Asia in October after I've applied for the US visa, which is on hold while we agree a job spec. We've certainly not kicked Seattle into touch, but I would like the goal posts moved (how's that for mixed metaphors!)
