Oh dear god...

So, off to LHR in an hour to head over to Sweden.  Flying the vile SAS this time from T3 - ugh...  never mind - I am sure the travel admin is punishing me.

So...  the other news, is our trip Stateside may well be on hold until the new year.  I've been pushing for clarfication around the specifics of my job and thus far they haven't been forthcoming.  This is not a surprise, but at my age I can't move without a degree of greater certainty.  So, I've pushed the mess back onto the management lap.

We also had some bad news from the lawyers on Ms visa, which, rather than taking a few weeks after we arrive will take a *minimum* of 90 days.  That puts some of the financial issues into a different perspective.

I'll be having a discussion with management today, so we shall see.
