As it seems to be a meme or something; the diet news. The weekend was a bit of a disaster, my mum's birthday celebration at an excellent chineese, plus much fizzy wine and then cake at my brother's to celebrate the birth of his 3rd born.
So, at the end of 2 full weeks, I am exactly 5kg's down on what I was.
I've been to the gym 3 times a week and my clothes are actually fitting better.
All good.
The bad stuff comes this week. I've got an overnighter in Sweden for a workshop with a potential customer on Thursday, which shouldn't be too hard. But next week we've got a 3 day sales conference in Sweden, again. That's going to be much much harder.
Plus I'm booking travel to Seattle and a week in the South of France in Feb which is just a wall to wall eating and drinking situation.
*sigh*
I have been harbouring a hope that by Easter I'll be down 10-15kg's. Back to the gym.
