Good old fashioned drizzle...
Nov. 15th, 2003 10:24 pmI've made a joke that everytime I'm in Seattle its nice weather. Today is the first time I've seen the kind of drizzle that makes me think of England - its actually not all that bad - but I've spent a couple of hours walking off my over indulgence from last night.
The atmosphere in the pub was pretty good. A fairly even mix of Aussies and Kiwi's, the later not having a particularly fun evening - and I have grave concerns for the match tonight. We shall see. The $20 cover charge to get in was steep, OTOH, I couldn't bear to actually miss it.
The business has been... well... its too early to say, but good fits. We are finally talking about engaging with them the way we first suggested a year or more ago. Its nice to see that they've come around to our way of thinking, and they are basically asking us to create virtual teams with our engineers.
If that does happen, I have a sneaky feeling I might be moving back to the US.
