Creative Incompetence

I have an old NatWest joint account with my ex-wife. It has about £15 in it. We are not on speaking terms and frankly I've been happy to ignore the damn thing.

It would appear that when Natwest last changed my address, not only did they change my account, the old joint account but also her personal accounts.

When she called to complain that (a) asked her if she knew about my current address, and (b) sent a letter to appologise to her at *my* address.

M is pretty damn unhappy about it. Can't imagine why.

This is NatWest's fault, although to some extent it's one of those things, no real point getting angry (192.com?), this isn't C's fault (she has plenty of others). A stern email of complaint to the regional manager of NatWest should do the trick.
